Welcome to ProSound Dynamixx Entertainment. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
 Full payment must be completed before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Event Requirements
Clients must provide accurate event details, including location, schedule, and special requests.
Adequate space and access to power outlets must be available for equipment setup.

Cancellation Policy
 Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Liability
ProSound Dynamixx Entertainment is not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests or venue staff.

Performance Rights
We reserve the right to refuse music requests that contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Equipment
All equipment remains the property of ProSound Dynamixx Entertainment.
 Unauthorized handling of equipment is prohibited.
